Shipping and Returns Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Versot-opi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Versot-opi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Return Period
You have 5 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, please contact us at info@versot-opi.co.za with details about the product and the defect. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. For more information, you can contact us at info@versot-opi.co.za.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. This means the item should not show any signs of wear or use, including no stains, odors (such as sweat, smoke, or perfume), or any other signs of wear. Additionally, the item must be returned in its original packaging with original tags still attached. Please note that some items, such as sale items and gift cards, are non-returnable.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@versot-opi.co.za with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
